What doesn’t kill me will make me stronger.

I had such a stressful past two days. I was glad I was able to use my breathing exercise, relaxation techniques to get through it. I thought did the situation warrant my emotions and reactions – it did. I was clear about what I wanted to say. I am still not being heard but I have made it through two days without entering into a fibro attack. So maybe I am getting stronger.
